AREAS OF PRACTICE

Brad Krasnoff is Chair of the firm-wide Bankruptcy and Insolvency department.  He has nearly 20 years experience in the bankruptcy field.  He handles the following matters:

• Management responsibilities for individual Chapter 7 and complex  corporation Chapter 11 cases (including hospitals, medical care provider groups and other business entities)
• Representation of Chapter 11 and 7 Trustees, Debtors, Debtors-in-Possession, Secured and Unsecured Creditors in bankruptcy and work-out proceedings in a wide variety of industries
• Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Central District of California (1997 - present) appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee
