She has more than 25 years of experience in the Bankruptcy and insolvency field. She has represented debtors, creditors, lenders and trustees in connection with Chapter 7, 11 and 12 and 13 cases. She has handled complex bankruptcy cases and has proposed and confirmed Chapter 11 plans for debtors-in-possession and Chapter 11 trustees. She has also represented receivers, Plan Disbursement Agents and parties in work-out proceedings. - Representation in corporate, partnership and individual bankruptcy
- Advise creditors, shareholders, purchasers regarding application of avoidable transfer principals to all manner of corporate financing and acquisitions and litigation of such claims in the bankruptcy court and elsewhere
- Pre bankruptcy planning and advice
Workouts - Loan workouts and debtor in possession financing on behalf of creditors and debtors
- Supplier and customer rehabilitations and workouts
- Analyzing and documenting non-judicial arrangements, extensions and other "workouts" among creditors and debtors
- Advise secured and unsecured creditors in preserving and enforcing their interests under the Uniform Commercial Code and United States Bankruptcy Codes
- Restructuring debt to avoid bankruptcy and advice regarding alternatives to bankruptcy
