Alexandra Ozols's practice focuses on the defense of actions involving allegations of contamination or personal injury due to exposure to various substances including Proposition 65 materials, mold, chemicals, benzene, and asbestos, as well as the defense of construction claims.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Ozols oversees the day-to-day handling of cases, and actively participates in all phases of litigation including drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting and defending depositions, assessing potential liability and damages, as well as preparing and arguing pretrial and trial motions.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ozols clerked for the Honorable Adolphus Karibi Whyte, Presiding Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, the Hague, the Netherlands, 1997.
